✨ REST & RESET ✨

📍 Hove | Sunday 17th January

After the magic of Christmas comes the part nobody talks about…

The exhaustion 🥴

The emotional load 🥺

The overstimulation 🤯

The months of putting everyone else’s needs before your own 😓

And then January arrives, asking you to start again 🤔

What if this year, you gave yourself something to look forward to? 🎁

A day where nothing is expected of you 🧘‍♀️

A day where you don’t have to organise, host, support, nurture, or hold everything together.

A day dedicated entirely to you 💖

🌿 Rest & Reset is an exclusive full-day retreat experience designed to soothe your nervous system, replenish your energy, and create space for deep rest after the demands of the festive season.

Step into a beautiful sanctuary of calm and enjoy a day of:

✨ Ceremonial cacao

✨ Guided meditation

✨ Reiki healing

✨ Immersive sound healing

✨ Nervous system restoration

✨ Nourishing seasonal food

✨ Meaningful connection

✨ Deep relaxation and rest

This is not about becoming a new version of you.

It’s about returning home to yourself.

Imagine leaving feeling:

🤍 Lighter

🤍 Rested

🤍 Grounded

🤍 Clear-minded

🤍 Emotionally rebalanced

🤍 Ready to welcome the year ahead with ease

Because true wellbeing isn’t found in doing more.
