I used the Centre rollerball yesterday at work. I have pretty stressful job and was also trying to fend off a migraine. I remembered I had it in my bag, so I went and hid for 5 minutes in a quiet corner, put the roller across my forehead, on my wrists, and across my chest. I took a few deep breaths and went back to my desk. It really helped me to focus and concentrate and shut out the noise going on around me. I reached out to ZenEssence when my 7-year-old was struggling to get to sleep before 11pm. At a loss of what to do I contacted them, and they guided me to the most suitable rollerball. By the 2nd night of applying the Drift rollerball, he has been asleep by 9.30pm, which is now moving earlier towards 9pm. I'm usually very sceptical about how these work, however I am so thrilled that I have found a natural product, and my son is now getting the sleep he needs. I will admit I have started using it also and found myself drifting off tom sleep a lot easier. I am a very highly strung person and take anti-anxiety meds often to chill my head. I had a very stressful time recently and needed the meds more than normal. I received my mellow rollerball last week and started to use it immediately. Amazingly I haven't needed the meds! I'm not a "pill person" and am so pleased that I have found a natural alternative. I recently got the most beautiful diffuser with Reiki energy and crystal. I chose the mellow scent and Oh My God it smells beautiful, like I'm at a lovely spa. The diffuser is beautifully packaged and easy to assemble and the moment you open it the fragrance is released.
