We hold a number of values close to our hearts 

AUTHENTICITY: When The Body Shop At Home closed, one of the reasons we didn't feel it would be right to move to another company was our value of authenticity. We didn't feel it was right to switch loyalties to a different company overnight, we wanted to stay authentic and genuine in our business and when we created ZenEssence this value remained forefront. 

LOVE: Everything we do is with love, we don't want to mass produce our products, we want the love we have for each and every step of the process to shine through in our products, service and delivery. 

TRUST: We want you to trust that we have sourced the best ingredients, so that you can have the best experience while using our products. We will always be open, honest and authentic in our interactions. 

COMMITMENT: Our commitment to the environment is why all of our packaging - from the box shredding to postal bags and glass bottles- is either made from recycled materials or is fully recyclable. We have also decided to partner with Just One Tree which means that for every order placed they plant a tree.
