Infused with healing Reiki energy, each roller ball contains charged Amythest and Moonstone crystal chips to soothe stresses and promote relaxation, peace and calm. Appy to the wrists, temples collarbone just before you get into bed, take a few deep breaths get comfy and prepare for the best night's sleep!

Our Rollerballs are designed to be used anywhere but will work quickest when applied to your pulse points, wrists, neck, temples, forehead, and chest. Soles of the feet and back of neck work really well too!

The smell will be strong at first, the idea is that you inhale the fragrance a few times which will instantly have the desired effect, then you will get wafts of it from time to time whilst you go about your day.

The deeper effects will come once the blend has sunk into your skin. The fractionated coconut oil works as a carrier meaning the goodness will get into your blood steam super quick!

They are not designed to be a perfume. You will not be able to smell it all day, but the effects will be huge! You can reapply the oil as often as you feel you need to.
